Open to everyone, the temple’s yoga classes combine asana practice with pranayama: the yogic science of breath control, one of the eight limbs of Raja Yoga described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Regular pranayama practice is associated with a steadier mind, reduced stress, and greater physical well-being alongside the postures themselves.
Classes meet every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM at the temple. No experience is necessary. Just come ready to breathe and move.
